By accessing or using any product within the Vectrasource suite — including VlogSource, Vakeel AI, TaxDraft AI, and TutorAI — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use any Vectrasource product.

Vectrasource reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Vectrasource is India's First AI Professional Suite, offering four purpose-built AI tools for Kerala professionals. Each tool is an independent subscription service:

The Suite Pro plan bundles all four tools for ₹699/month, offering significant savings over individual subscriptions.

All tools are AI-powered and intended to assist professionals with drafting, ideation, and content generation. They do not replace licensed professional advice. Service features and availability may be updated from time to time.

All Vectrasource subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

• Monthly Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing date unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Access Token: Upon successful payment, you will receive an access token or credentials by email to the address provided at checkout.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Price Changes: Vectrasource may update subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 7 days before any price change takes effect.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

Vectrasource operates a no-refund policy once an access token or subscription credentials have been issued to the user.

We strongly recommend using the 3 free trial generations available on each tool before subscribing. This allows you to evaluate whether the tool meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of technical failure on our end where access was not delivered after confirmed payment. To raise such a concern, contact us at vectrasource@gmail.com within 48 hours of the payment date.

Each Vectrasource tool includes a free trial of 3 generations, available without payment or account creation. This trial is intended to let users experience the tool's capabilities before subscribing.

• The 3 free generations are per tool, per device/session, and non-transferable.
• Once the free trial limit is reached, a paid subscription is required to continue using the tool.
• Free trial outputs carry the same terms as paid subscription outputs — they are AI-generated and should be reviewed before professional use.
• Vectrasource reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offering at any time.

You agree to use Vectrasource tools only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI-generated outputs as a commercial AI product or service
• Use the tools to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or system logic
• Share your access credentials with third parties or use a single subscription for multiple users commercially
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate bulk outputs in violation of fair usage limits
• Use Vakeel AI or TaxDraft AI to provide paid legal or financial advice to third parties without appropriate professional licensing

Vectrasource reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of this Acceptable Use policy, without prior notice and without refund.

All outputs generated by Vectrasource tools are produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

• Vakeel AI — outputs are AI-generated legal drafts for reference purposes only. Vakeel AI is not a substitute for advice from a licensed advocate or legal professional. Content should be reviewed and verified by a qualified lawyer before any legal use or submission.
• TaxDraft AI — outputs are AI-generated drafts for assistance purposes only. TaxDraft AI is not a substitute for advice from a Chartered Accountant or tax professional. All tax filings and financial decisions should be verified by a qualified CA.
• TutorAI — content generated for question papers, lesson plans, and study notes should be reviewed by the teacher before distribution to students. Factual accuracy, curriculum alignment, and grade-level appropriateness are the teacher's responsibility.
• VlogSource — scripts and content ideas are AI-generated for creative assistance. The creator is responsible for final content, originality verification, and platform compliance.

Vectrasource does not accept responsibility for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs without appropriate human review.

Platform Ownership: The Vectrasource platform, including all software, interfaces, branding, logos, and underlying AI systems, is the exclusive property of Vectrasource. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content you generate using Vectrasource tools. By using the tools, you grant Vectrasource a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

No Training Use: Vectrasource does not use your generated outputs or input prompts to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Trademarks: "Vectrasource," "VlogSource," "Vakeel AI," "TaxDraft AI," and "TutorAI" are brand names of Vectrasource. Unauthorized use of these names in a commercial context is prohibited.

Vectrasource is committed to protecting your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:

• Email Collection: Your email address is collected at the time of subscription solely for the purpose of delivering your access token and sending service-related communications. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
• Payment Data: All payment information (card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details) is handled exclusively by Razorpay. Vectrasource does not store, process, or have access to your payment credentials.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage analytics (e.g., which tool features are used most) to improve the service. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
• Cookies: Our tools may use session cookies for authentication and user preference storage. No third-party tracking cookies are used for advertising.
• Data Retention: Your email is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 12 months after cancellation, unless you request deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vectrasource and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any professional, financial, legal, or personal decisions made based on AI-generated outputs from any Vectrasource tool
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from service interruptions, errors in AI output, or technical failures
• Third-party content, links, or services accessed through or in connection with Vectrasource products
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

In all cases, Vectrasource's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India. By using Vectrasource services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
